How I ended up buying one of these:
I had a very bad flu. Id been sick for a week, when I developed a horrible sinus headache. I guess the cold/flu medicine had caused my sinuses to block. I was throwing up any pain medications, so I couldnt do anything for it. It was so painful, I started hitting my head on the wall - surprisingly, that felt good. It was about 2am though and I dont think my neighbors would have appreciated me doing that all night.

I had a transplant in August, 2007. Needless to say it has been over a year and a half, and to my sadness and distress, I have yet to see ANY results. I had a full head of hair going into the surgery, and I went to Mexico with the doctors of a medical institute there, maybe that was my first mistake.. I was 21, and I am a female, and now I find I might not even have been a good candidate to begin with. The doctor just looked at me and told me that I was a good candidate. My hair had a diffuse thinning, but still there was quite a bit of hair stil left, something I wish I would have appreciated before. After the surgery, my hair fell out. I was patient, thinking it was shock loss and it would be temporary, but it has been more than a YEAR and the hair never came back. Fortunately I can use powders like Topikk all over my head to fake a full head of hair, something not necessary before, and my hair is much thinner than before. Does this seem like shock loss and is it permanent? I am upset over this and stressed out, but I would like to know what the future holds for me. Any help given would be greatly appreciated. One issue that comes to every grass lovers mind each time they mow their lawns is how does my grass look. Most people try many different ways to get their lawns to look its best, and fail. Lawn can be tough to start, easy to keep, and even more easy to kill.

You will need...
medal rake
shovel
top soil (if you have poor dirt quality)
tiller or liquid tiller
grass seed or sod
straw (if you use seed)
a lawn builder
hose
spray nasal
sprinkler

To start a great spread of grass you will want to make sure your going to give the grass plenty of root room, nutrients, and water. If you have lots of small rock in your yard your going to want to get rid of them by either digging them away or putting top soil over them. You will need at least 4 inches of top soil above the small rock. Also keep in mind if the rock are thick you will have problems with the water draining away and the grass not getting enough water, so remove most of the rock. Your lawn need to have very little dips and bumps in it because when you mow the grass can get damaged. If you have dips add top soil to make it level. If you have bumps use your rake and shovel to move the dirt around until it is level. Next, be sure to keep the dirt loose so the seeds will have a place to bed and keep it moist so it don't blow around. If you don't have a tiller you can use a product called liquid tiller found in the garden section of your home improvement store to soften up the dirt.
Now you can add seed or sod (turf). If you put down seed use a seed spreader this will ensure an even spread. You will want to work in patches that way you can cover the grass with straw without your shoes picking up the seeds you just put down. If you are putting down sod work from the farthest corner away from your sidewalk,house, or road. Work to a solid surface you can walk on because you can loose your sod in the first three days if you have to much traffic right away. When you place your sod work the rows in the same direction. Make sure to put the sod up against the others to avoid seams.
After you put down the straw (loosely) or sod, use your seed spreader to spread a lawn builder. Lawn builder is a product that will help your grass to grow without problems by giving the seed strength and nourishment.
When you are done spreading the lawn builder WATER. Make sure you water everyday in the evening for at least 2 - 3 weeks. Why in the evening? Your grass can burn from the sun if watered in the morning or daytime. Also in the evening you won't have to worry about vapor stilling the water. Oh Ya, besure to check to see how often you need to water your grass in your area because after 3 weeks you won't have to water everyday (save your water money).

Hi there Doctor Rassman, Ive got a question for you about graft safety/anchoring. It has been roughly 13 days (12 days, 14 hours) since my procedure - I had a temporal/hairline restoration of about 2200 grafts.
My question is simple, at 12-13 days post-op is there any single circumstance that can dislodge a graft? My crusts started flaking off about 9 days post-op. I have been washing using the fingertips to gently massage and soak the crusts, and they seem to be flaking off no problem. Sometimes throughout the day, i will gently massage the scabs with my fingertips (without washing my hair, just dry) and the crusts will continue to flake off. I am noticing hairs in many of the scabs, but I know this is normal.
However, I noticed a few particularly persistent scabs. I did not peel or pull on the scab, but rubbed it much more vigorously with my finger tips until it came off, however, I noticed a slight bit of bleeding in the area where the scab was.
I have two questions.
1) If you do not see any bleeding, but see a hair/bulb in your crusts as they flake off, is it 100% certain that the growth center has not been dislodged?
2) If you DO see bleeding, is that generally a guarantee that the growth center has been dislodged with the scab.

I just used up three bottles of Rogaine. I use it twice a day for almost three months and more thicker hair show up at the back top of my balding head which covers about three to four inches in diameter. The growth seems to be still uneven.
